Here's my favorite part about working together: it doesn't cost you anything. I earn my income through partnerships with hotels and travel providers, which means all my planning expertise, insider knowledge, and personalized recommendations are completely free to you.

Your money should go toward creating amazing memories, not paying planning fees. To get started, I'll securely collect your payment information through my trusted booking platform - think of it as our mutual commitment to making your dream trip happen. If for some reason we decide not to move forward together, there's just a small $50 charge to cover my time invested in your custom planning.

  • The sweet spot is 4-6 months ahead for domestic trips, and 8-12 months for international adventures. The earlier we start, the better chance we have at snagging your dream hotel and locking in great rates. Just know that most hotels won't let me book more than 13 months out, but I'm happy to start planning with you and book everything once we hit that window!

  • Life happens, and I totally get that! I always recommend booking flexible, refundable options whenever possible. That said, some hotels do have stricter policies, so I'll make sure you understand the fine print on everything I send your way. If something happens closer to departure or while you’re on your trip, this is exactly why travel insurance exists. If something comes up, you'll be so glad you have it. We can chat about all the options when we work together.

  • Not a penny! I earn my income through hotel partnerships, which means your money goes exactly where it should - toward creating amazing memories together. Here's how it works: hotels set aside commission money for each booking. When you book through sites like Expedia or use credit card points, those platforms pocket that commission. When you book with me, the hotel rewards me with commission from bringing them an ideal client, and rewards you with VIP treatment. It's a win-win!

  • Absolutely! When you book a hotel through me, you get access to everything I offer: custom itinerary creation, transportation planning, experience and activity booking, direct hotel communication, travel insurance options, and more. Some people just want their hotel sorted and prefer to handle the rest themselves, and I totally respect that! But if you want the full elevated experience, I'd love to help craft every part of your getaway.

  • I don't set a hard minimum, but to make our partnership worthwhile for both of us, most of my clients invest at least ~$200 per night, per room on accommodations. From there, we can scale up based on what feels right for your travel goals and investment level.

  • I focus primarily on hotels rather than platforms like Airbnb or VRBO. However, I do work with luxury villa rental suppliers if that's the vibe you're going for! Think elevated vacation homes with the service and amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel experience.
